These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TempMailg website, mobile application, temporary email services, APIs, and related features (collectively, the "Service"), operated through https://tempmailg.com.
By accessing or using TempMailg, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
The terms "You", "Your", and "User" refer to the individual accessing or using the Service. The terms "We", "Our", "Us", and "TempMailg" refer to the operator of the Service.
TempMailg provides temporary and disposable email services that allow users to create and use temporary mailboxes for receiving emails and related services.
Depending on the account type and selected features, TempMailg may provide temporary email addresses, mailbox management, email history, email forwarding, notifications, APIs, premium domains, email management tools, and other related functionality.
You agree to use TempMailg only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use TempMailg to engage in, facilitate, or promote unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or malicious activities.

TempMailg reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service when we reasonably believe that these Terms, applicable laws, or security requirements have been violated.
TempMailg provides temporary and disposable email addresses. These addresses are intended for temporary use and should not be treated as permanent personal email accounts unless a specific TempMailg feature explicitly provides extended or lifetime mailbox retention.
Users should not rely on temporary mailboxes for permanent account recovery, critical notifications, financial communications, highly sensitive information, or other information that requires guaranteed long-term access.
Temporary mailbox availability, lifetime, retention, domains, limits, and features may vary depending on the user's account type, selected plan, and current Service configuration.
TempMailg may process email addresses, email subjects, email content, message IDs, metadata, and related information when necessary to provide mailbox and email-related functionality.
Email and mailbox data may be automatically deleted according to the applicable mailbox type, account type, retention period, or selected Service features.
Once data has been permanently deleted from our systems, it may not be recoverable. Users are responsible for saving any information they need before the applicable mailbox or retention period expires.
TempMailg may allow users to authenticate using Google Sign-In. If you choose to sign in using Google, Google's authentication system may provide TempMailg with the basic account information that you authorize, such as your email address, name, profile information, or account identifier, depending on the permissions requested.
TempMailg does not receive or store your Google Account password through Google Sign-In. Authentication is handled through Google's OAuth services.
Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices.

Certain TempMailg features may require an account or authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities performed through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information where information is required for account creation, billing, verification, or support.

TempMailg may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, provide functionality, improve performance, analyze usage, and enhance the user experience.

TempMailg may offer premium plans, subscriptions, credits, or other paid services. Certain features may only be available to users who purchase an eligible plan.
Payments for TempMailg premium services are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle payment processing, billing, taxes, refunds where applicable, and compliance with applicable payment regulations.
By purchasing a paid service, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment associated with your selected product or subscription.
Premium subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date according to the available cancellation procedure.
Prices, plan features, usage limits, billing periods, and available payment options may change from time to time. Any applicable price or feature changes will be presented through the Service or applicable purchase interface.
Subscription cancellation prevents future renewals but does not necessarily result in a refund for the current billing period.
Refund eligibility is governed by our applicable refund policy and the terms presented at the time of purchase.
TempMailg may provide APIs or other programmatic access to certain features. API usage may be subject to separate documentation, authentication requirements, rate limits, usage limits, credits, plan restrictions and much more.
You must not use the API to abuse, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, or interfere with TempMailg infrastructure.
TempMailg may suspend or restrict API access when excessive, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity is detected.
Certain features may allow users to submit content, feedback, messages, or other information through the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, abusive, defamatory, misleading, or infringing.
TempMailg may remove, restrict, or refuse content that violates these Terms or creates security, legal, operational, or abuse-related risks.
Unless otherwise stated, TempMailg and its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website, application, branding, software, design, text, graphics, and other materials provided through the Service.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

TempMailg reserves the right to request removal of any link that violates these requirements.
You may not create frames around TempMailg pages or otherwise reproduce the Service in a manner that alters its appearance, branding, functionality, or user experience without prior written permission.
TempMailg aims to provide reliable and secure services but does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party website or service.
Temporary email addresses may be blocked, rejected, or unsupported by third-party websites. TempMailg does not guarantee that a temporary email address will be accepted by every external service or that every expected email, verification message, or notification will be delivered.
TempMailg may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, domains, plans, mailbox types, APIs, or other parts of the Service at any time.
Certain changes may be necessary for security, technical, legal, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.
TempMailg may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, security requirements, or usage restrictions.
We may also take action against accounts or activity that creates security risks, operational problems, fraud, abuse, or harm to other users or third parties.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice before termination. However, immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

We do not guarantee that temporary email addresses will be accepted by third-party websites, that messages will always be delivered, or that mailbox data will remain available after the applicable retention period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TempMailg and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of access, loss of business, loss of profits, or loss resulting from reliance on temporary email addresses or third-party services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TempMailg and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how TempMailg collects, uses, stores, protects, and deletes information.
By using TempMailg, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.
